Being Mindful of our Purpose and Passion What do you think that women are passionate about? One of the issues is family and children. These concerns are at the core of what women focus on. Legacy and our children’s future make women ask the question: “What are we going to leave for the next generation?”  The set season and the time for purpose and passion are now. This is the time to be about our purpose and to do things that women are passionate about.  Are you ready for a new assignment that will change your world and lead you to wealth and prosperity?   Now is the time to build the Kingdom of Love.  T he believers in Jesus (the Church) have been commanded to go into all of the world and spread the Gospel of Love. Jesus Christ is the bridegroom.   The Church is the Radiant Bride. We are the bride of Christ so that includes male and female alike coming together to do Kingdom work. It is time to work toward the end of the prayer that Jesus taught his disciples, “Thy kingdom c

Have Faith in God I have come to the conclusion that we all have faith. These questions came to mind as I thought of the awesome love of God toward us. He has given us a personal relationship with Him in which we can exercise our love for Him through the demonstration of our faith. Questions: So who or what will you have confidence in? I declare that we will have faith in God. Why put your faith in God? Without faith, it is impossible to please God. Who is God? He is the rewarder of them that seek Him. What has He promised you? His word the Bible lists the promises that He has provided for us. Is His word reliable? The champions of faith in Hebrews 11, let us know that His word is trustworthy. You are a testimony of God’s Goodness! If the Lord has answered a prayer for you in this area, then I want you to stand up as a testimony of God’s goodness and your faith in God. Questions: Does His word have a good tra

Things that Choke the “Faith Seeds”    “But the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the Word making it unfruitful, Mark 4:19 NIV." We all have some problem or concern that distracts us and overwhelms our thinking. It is called the cares of this world found in Mark 4:19, the parable of the sower. So even though we may be sowing edible faith seeds into our garden (heart), problems (weed seeds) can come in and cause us to worry. We lose faith in God, and we begin to worry. The next step is that we will probably look for a solution in our own strength rather than hold on to the answer that God will provide. There is frustration when we try to provide for everything we need by ourselves. We become self- sufficient rather than child-like and depend on God and His way of being and doing things. We sing the song, “I did it my way!” Be teachable and change your way of thinking. However Jesus said in Matthe

Our Life Is a Garden: We Harvest What We Plant What we plant is what we harvest. When we plant edible seeds of faith, then a harvest of goodness will come forth. The harvest reveals what we have sown. If we have sown faith seeds, then we will reap faith produce (the Fruit of the Spirit). In our faith seed packet are different types of seeds that grow well together like love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. On the other hand, there are evil seeds of fear. In the fear seed packet are anxiety, worry, fear, depression, pressure, regret, stress, frustration, self-criticism, seeking approval of others, fear of the future, and unexpected setbacks. These seeds grow fast like weeds and can spread quickly if the garden of our hearts is not tended. Galatians 6:4-10 MSG "Make a careful exploration of who you are and the work you have been given, and then sink yourself into that…Don’t be misled: No one makes a

Planting a great vineyard! | Lady Wisdom Speaks

Proverbs 31 Woman the Bride of Christ We can build a Community like a great vineyard! We can build a community by improving families. First, we must fortify ourselves. As we strengthen ourselves by prayer, worship, and studying the book of Proverbs, we can make profitable decisions. These sensible choices will, in turn, move communities forward. In Proverbs 31:16, "She considers a field, and buys it with the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard." We can learn from the word of God. One major thing about Proverbs is each verse has so much meaning. We can dig into the word of God through Proverbs and find out what God has to say to us from just one little verse. One of the things that we've been working on is biblical meditation. In the book, Reclaiming the Lost Art of Biblical Meditation: Find True Peace in Jesus by Robert J Morgan, provides quick tips and strategies on how to meditate the word of God. Biblical meditation, you may be wondering, “What

Proverbs, the Wisdom of God Lady Wisdom is the personification of the wisdom of God, who assists Him in the creation of the world (Proverbs 8:22-31). The word for wisdom in the Hebrew is grammatically feminine (hokmah); therefore, wisdom is personified as a lady. In the book of Proverbs, we're getting direct information from God Himself, the one who created this world. So if He is the creator of the world, then He has the answers that we need. When we asked Him for the reply, through His guidance, He will show us what to do and how to do it. What is best is to consult God. Pray. Ask Him first. James wrote (James 1:5) that if anyone lacks wisdom, let him ask of God. He will freely give it to us. Now His voice is that inner voice within us. Every man has within him the spirit which we call his conscience. God blew within every man the breath of life (Genesis 2:7). In it, we all carry that candle of the Lord (Proverbs 20:27). Our spirit, man or woman will come alive wit

The Season of Leading Women The season of women empowerment is that women are coming together from all around the world. They are making a difference in their communities. First, women have been managing their homes. They have been working with their families: children and the elderly. However, now women are extending their influence and capabilities to others. Their spiritual, leadership and managerial skills are awakening to a new kingdom assignment for community building and future legacy. Thoughtful living is all about living with wisdom. "Wisdom is the principal thing." It's the first thing. When we utilize understanding, we're able to make the best decisions in life. Sometimes we have choices that we have to make quickly. If we just stick to the first thoughts (looking at the situation or problem from a natural standpoint), then we can lose the helpful answer that can transform communities and nations. The first reaction may not be the correct respon

The DASH Conference 2019: Reclaim, was held at Jubilee Christian Church, Boston. The visionary, host and speaker, Mona Thompson began the conference with the theme, Return to Eden.  She stated that we all can reclaim our birthplace in Eden. God has given us a new name, and we can work in the power of that new identity. On Thursday, the theme was to Uncover the Darkness. Dr. Caroline Leaf was the conference speaker for the morning session, and Heather Lindsay spoke at the evening session. Both women empowered us to remove the things and memories that are keeping us back and set a new course of success. On Friday, Dr. Cindy Trimm joined the discussion by showing us the different stages to spiritual and social development helping to give meaning and purpose to our journey. The final day ended with Kimberly Jones-Pothier of Real Talk Kim. She encouraged us to be real to the Lord and with ourselves. "It is through the wisdom and stories of women that we gain strength to overcome

Dr. Cindy Trimm my Spiritual Mentor The words of Dr. Cindy Trimm have guided me on my wisdom journey. Wisdom from the Elders - those who have already gone that way of difficult living can impart knowledge to us through their experiences and insights. They carry much knowledge so we shouldn't neglect what they have to say. We should pay attention to what was said. It might not necessarily apply to the present scenario situations that we experience today. Yet, there are nuggets of truth in their words. The elders (our parents and spiritual mentors) were probably referencing their time or era. Their understanding of the situation may be conceptualized from their point of reference. As I was reading Proverbs 1: 8 (AMP), “My son, hear the instruction of your father, and do not reject the teaching of your mother.” These are the words of wisdom that spoke to my soul. A father's exultation requires wisdom. "My child listen when your father gives correction." We sh

Lady Wisdom Helps Us Store Wisdom Proverbs is the manual for living given by Lady Wisdom who was with God in the beginning. Wisdom is the principle thing. Consuming the word of God is like loading up your spiritual hard drive with great information. The Holy Spirit your operating system uses what you stored to operate your life. Consider how a computer works. That's what saving of the word of God in our hearts does for us. It's in there. It's on in the hard drive. So then we  just need to pull it up when we need it. We ask Google on our computers when we want information. However, with us, wisdom is inside our spirit man. It is in our hearts. We go into wisdom and find the answers that we need to make the best choices for our lives. With the practice of biblical meditation and the discernment of Lady Wisdom, the information will be retrieved through the Holy Spirit to us. We can then recover that information and use it to make the right decisions. However, if you do
