Live Wisdom Devotion- Legacy Thanksgiving πŸ πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎA Promised Land by Bara...

Lady Wisdom asks, “What is your offering to Lord for the life that He has given you to live?”

President Obama writes, “Finally, I want to tell a more personal story that might inspire young people considering a life of public service how my career in politics really started with a search for a place to fit in, a way to explain the different strands of my mixed-up heritage and how it was only by hitching my wagon to something larger than myself that I was ultimately able to locate a community and purpose for my life.”

As I began reading the introduction to A Promised Land by Barak Obama, I realized that I too want to leave a legacy to my children and the youth. Loving God is the principle thing and it all brings us to understanding and applying wisdom to our everyday lives. Many of us may get to the Promised Land from different entry points because of our background and life experiences, yet Father God has a unique experience and adventure for each individual. He has created us so special and different that we can never fully experience life the same way. However, we can share comment values and beliefs that make us one- one body in Christ Jesus who is our common denominator.

The Godlike attitude is to appreciate the God’s creation and thank Him for allowing us to be able to give our lives to Him so that he can multiply it and use it to bless others. I think that we are past the time of just giving money to a cause but also giving our time, talent, and treasure (what we value most) to Jesus so that He can bless it and make it great.

Do we trust God in these uncertain times? Or are we going to stay with the familiar and never launch out into the unknown? A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket carrying the company’s Crew Dragon spacecraft was launched to the International Space Station with NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Doulglase Hurley onboard, Saturday, May 30, 2020 at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. On November 13.2020 the next space station crew launched from America. It was called a mission milestone to Mars.

WE do not have to go to Mars to discover a new frontier. This 2020 pandemic has created new opportunities and hopefully new access for our children and generations to come to walk into the Promised Land here in America.

Prayer:

Dear Lord, Help us not to complain or let bitterness and hatred hinder our chance to give you glory. We want to give you our lives so that you can use it to advance your kingdom here on Earth. Amen
