Blessing of Energy

Jesus answered him, “Love the Lord your God with every the passion of your heart, with all the energy of your being and with every thought that is within you.” Matthew 22:37 TPT

The August blessing is energy. Energy is generated from the force of love. When we love someone or love something, then we can stir up the power to demonstrate the passion for it. We become excited with the opportunity to express our affections to the person. The zeal is there and then becomes translated into energy. So it is with whatever we genuinely love.

This energy to love our gardens first starts with the passion of your heart. Our emotions lead us to do something about our enthusiasm for the garden. We can see with a brand new eye or vision for the garden. We know what it can become. The possibilities are there, and we want to bring them to pass. The energy for the garden is demonstrated by our actions. We plan the garden, prepare the soil, buy the seeds, plant the seeds, cultivate the land, and then reap the harvest.

We can create energy in our garden that is positive and therapeutic for the mind, body, soul, and spirit. Spending time in our gardens gives the ability to improve our health, reduce stress, and increase our clarity about life and any life issues. By the blessing of positive energy from the garden, we have the benefit of a sense of well-being.

The urge for a peaceful environment can generate our willingness to be proactive and work in our gardens to obtain serenity that we desire. Plant a tree. Trees improve the quality of the air and give us more oxygen to breathe. Trees absorb sound, buffer noise pollution, and provide shelter for wildlife. Add a bench or sitting area or create an indoor space to view your garden. There you would gain energy to soak up the sounds and sights of the garden, which will generate the love in your heart to be able to increase the strength to work.

As we meditate God's word in the garden, we develop the fruit of the Spirit, which enables us to assist others through service. Increasing loving thoughts helps us to relax, and therefore, we can love others and serve others better. We would not be so absorbed in our own issues and problems but will be able to have the energy to give to others.
