The Lord Hears Your Prayers for Your Children

"The Lord hears the prayers of the righteous."(Proverbs 15:29) 


 I find this statement to be very comforting. The Lord hears what I am saying and is willing to help. This knowledge gives me a lot of peace. If I did not think that there was someone greater than I who can intervene with different things that happen in our lives, then life would be difficult to live. Yet, I have seen and heard of how people have been able to overcome difficult situations and circumstances through prayer. This gives me hope. Therefore, I am willing to pray to the Lord because He hears me!

Righteous prayers are prayers that are according to the will of the Lord. These prayers are good and productive prayers for healing, prosperity, well-being, love, peace etc. These are the prayers that the Lord hears and He answers.

"Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven..."


 
Our Prayers Are Like Honey!
"Kind words are like honey--enjoyable and healthful." (Proverbs 16:24)

Lady Wisdom asks, “Are your words creating life?”

People are looking for encouragement and inspiration. We crave it. Kind words seem to calm our spirits and set our minds down the right path. People who are able to provide kind words from the heart need to be valued. These people are the ones that you want to be around. Their presence sends out light and energy that create life and growth.

There are people, on the other hand, who are con-artists who prey on people. Proverbs (16:30, Living Bible) states, "The wicked man stares into space with pursed lips, deep in thought, planning his evil deeds." God sees these people and their end will not be very pleasant. They will "tumble" into trouble.

Let us not let these people stop us from creating a world that is enjoyable and healthful! Let us be determined to let the kind words flow through us like a mighty river! Let us sweeten a bad situation with kind words that taste like pure, true honey!

Prayer:
Dear Lord,
I declare let the kind words invade the hearts of people and the world like sweet honey--enjoyable and healthful! Bless my children and family.
Amen!
