Wisdom is Attractive!: What does the book of Proverbs has to say?



Wisdom is attractive. A woman who is wise carries an aura of confidence which makes her very attractive. She may not look very attractive according to societal standards however her presence is attractive. She has a distinctive and pervasive quality of character (as defined by dictionary.com).

How does this wise woman get or obtain this beauty? God is Beauty. God is the one who defines beauty. In Proverbs it states that a woman who reverences God shall be praised. Following the ways of God makes a woman attractive or beautiful. We know that God created beauty by just observing nature. We can also see beauty with our senses as well as with our spirits. God is a spirit and He blew His Spirit into us - the breathe of life. Therefore, His beauty is in us.

Success is beautiful. A woman who loves God will be a successful. Success breeds confidence. Confidence is attractive. Proverbs states that he will crown her with success. A woman that reverences and spends time with  Heavenly Father God in prayer and worship will come out of God's presence shining with His beauty.

A person with a heart that is wanting to please God will want to be like God. We know that God is good. It is His nature.
