Lady Wisdom Speaks! Devotional/Journal Series:

The book, Lady Wisdom Speaks! which is a devotional journal, helps us to look at the Book of Proverbs and to gather from it nuggets of truth that can assist us in our everyday living.  Lady Wisdom Gives a Party, vol. 2 in the Lady Wisdom Speaks! Series is a continuation of the study of Proverbs. These books allow us to dive a little deeper into the understanding and discovery of what wisdom is all about.  We are looking for the 'what,' the 'why,' and the 'how to.'  This book helps us to do that with intentionality.

Proverbs 31 Woman:
We are able to explore the ways of applying wisdom through the “truly, good wife” who is described in the last chapter of Proverbs. Proverbs 31:10, TLB states, “If you can find a truly good wife, she is worth more than precious gems!” We call her the Proverbs 31 Woman. She is an example of what wisdom can resemble in relationships (marriage, family, and community). We can utilize her pattern of living as she demonstrates how to apply the truths of wisdom to everyday living.

Wisdom from the Elders - those who have already gone that way of difficult living can impart knowledge to us through their experiences and insights. They carry much knowledge so we shouldn't neglect what they have to say. We should pay attention to what was said.
