Lady Wisdom Teach Us How to Act “He wrote them to teach his people how to live- how to act in every circumstance, for he wanted them to be understanding, just and fair in everything they did.” Proverbs 1:2, Living Bible Lady Wisdom asks, “How do you react to life?” Many people are wondering how to act concerning different situations in their lives. We are confronted with these choices. Do I make a left turn or a right? What will I encounter along the way? King Solomon of Israel wrote the Proverbs to help his people to live and act wisely in different situations. He wanted them to be kind, just and fair in their dealings with each other. He wanted those in his kingdom that were wise to be wiser and help lead the country. I think that you would agree that we need some wise people in our country today. Some of the decisions that have been made have not benefited everyone nor helped us to prosper as a nation. I believe that women can make a difference in their communities.

A joy-filled heart will make your day beautiful. Happiness is attractive. A person who is happy shines wherever they go. They bring their own ray of sunshine. A person who recognizes God in their life by praying to Him before they start their day, will find joy in the day. Things that may have been difficult become more easy to solve. God will provide solutions to problems and send help in your time of need. Amen!

What is Beauty? What makes a woman beautiful?

The lilies freely worship God with their beauty. We to can be an authentic worshipper when we worship from our hearts. You will reveal the true you as you worship in spirit and in truth. Amen!

Beauty Is… What is beauty? This question has been in my thoughts for the day. Beauty is God. He is the creator of beauty. He made the world and stated that it was good. There is a goodness about beauty. Yet it is not just defined as an outward expression but also entails an inward way of being. Is beauty what is in the eyes of the beholder? Is beauty more than a thing of the senses? What makes something beautiful to one person but unattractive to another? These questions speak to the cultural and socialization of a person. Our society has defined feminine beauty based on one’s outward appearance. It has tried to control what is considered beautiful in order to control the emotional state of women. We do not appreciate our just “being”. It is almost based on our ability to conform to what the beauty industry has defined for us.
