A person with a heart that is wanting to please God will want to be like God. We know that God is good. It is His nature. If we're going to be like Him, which He told us to do, then we must study how God acts in situations. Goodness is a trait that we must take the time to work out. It requires that we examine our motives and assess our thought toward the situation and people. Asking the question: Why do we do the things that we do? Is it for man’s approval, or is it from the heart? It is our responsibility to pursue doing things that please God.
